Forward-Looking Information

This presentation contains "forward-looking information" and "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation, including statements regarding planned exploration and drill programs, target generation, the potential for mineralization, the intention to compile data toward a preliminary resource estimate, financing plans and the Company's business strategy. Such statements are frequently characterized by words such as "plan", "expect", "intend", "believe", "anticipate", "target" and "potential".

Forward-looking statements are based on assumptions management considers reasonable as at the date of this presentation, including the availability of financing, receipt of required permits and approvals, contractor and drill availability and stable commodity markets. Such statements are subject to known and unknown risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results to differ materially, including exploration risk, title risk, gold price volatility, changes in law or regulation, Indigenous and community consultation outcomes and general economic conditions. Readers should not place undue reliance on forward-looking statements. The Company disclaims any obligation to update forward-looking information except as required by law.

Qualified Person

Warren Robb, P.Geo. is the designated Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101 — Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, and has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information contained in this presentation. The McKenzie Gold Project is an early-stage exploration property. No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been estimated on any property held by the Company.

Drill Results & True Widths

Reported lengths are downhole intercepts and are not true widths. True widths have not been determined. Composite intervals are calculated using uncapped assay values; no top cut has been applied.

Sampling, Analysis & QA/QC

Drill core is logged and sampled in a secure core storage facility located in Red Lake, Ontario. Core samples are cut in half using a diamond cutting saw. All samples were submitted to Activation Laboratories in Ontario, an accredited mineral analysis laboratory, and analyzed for gold using standard Fire Assay — AA techniques. Certified gold reference standards, blanks and field duplicates are routinely inserted into the sample stream as part of the Company's quality control and quality assurance program. No QA/QC issues were noted with the results reported herein.

Neighbouring Properties

References to neighbouring and regional deposits and past-producing mines — including Red Lake, Campbell, Cochenour-Willans and the Hasaga Property — are for geological and district context only. Those figures are as reported by their respective operators and have not been independently verified by the Company. Mineralization hosted on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization that may be hosted on the Company's property.

This presentation is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities in any jurisdiction. It is not, and under no circumstances is to be construed as, a prospectus, offering memorandum or advertisement. No securities commission or similar authority has reviewed or passed upon the accuracy or adequacy of this presentation.
